A family run business since 1989, we are a highly regarded civil engineering and surfacing company. As groundworking contractors we have worked on a variety of different projects across the region, constructing buildings, undertaking groundworks, and laying road surfacing for domestic and commercial clients.

We pride ourselves on our high standard of work, and give all our clients, large or small, the same professional level of service and support. Our construction teams have the skills and experience to lay surfacing either by hand or by machine, allowing both small and large projects as dictated by the client.

We have experience working for local authorities, private corporations, sub-contracting and project management. We are approved groundworking contractors for Oxfordshire County Council (OCC), and carry £10 million public liability insurance.

Simon was great with helping come up with added value to the design and kept me in the loop on timings and all work. I had a tarmac driveway bounded with paving edging flanked by gravel on both side with sleepers and landscaping (mulch) beyond the gravel on one side. It has transformed the kerb appeal of the property,

The team onsite were great. Under Simons guidance they carried out to the work to a very high standard making sure all levels were maintained and correct and lines and angles were adhered to. They went over the top with small things, especially with the sleepers and landscaping. The tarmac drive was the main event and it was laid with precision and care. I watched the whole process !

They installed signs and cabling provided by me with no problem and made sure everything was as asked for.

They were extremely tidy, making sure each day that full access was available to the property.

S278 WORKS QUALIFICATIONS:

Appointed as approved groundworking contractors for Highways England. All staff have a CSCS accreditation as a minimum, most will either currently have or be working towards their NVQ levels 2 and 3. Site supervisors hold both Street Work and SSSTS/SMSTS certifications, whilst highway teams all hold New Roads and Streetworks qualifications at both supervisor and operative levels.
